Cable jacket with high collar

This season’s first warm cardi before it's cold enough to need a coat to go out to play or for a walk. It’s knitted in SPORT+ - a yarn that’s brilliant at showcasing cables and fancy stitches. They’re sure to fall for it straight away. Fastened with untreated natural wood buttons.

Knit it on 4.5 mm and 5 mm knitting needles – plus a cable needle to help with the fancy stitches. You will also need some round stitch-markers to mark the armholes.

Stitches used: 1x1 and 2x2 rib, stocking stitch, reverse stocking stitch, cable stitch and fancy stitch.

Machine wash on wool cycle, tumble dry.
